- Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation email from us. It contains your tracking number and a carrier tracking link.
- Click the tracking link — Follow the link in your email to see live updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
- Check your order status — You can also log in to your account and view the status of your orders directly from your order history.
Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, your order may still be processing — tracking information is sent once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

If your tracking link isn't working or shows no updates after 48 hours of receiving your shipping email, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
